WestCASA operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and provides crisis counselling and follow-up support to individuals, couples or families. Additional services include advocacy, access to medical care, information and legal options. Referral is not necessary.
The counselling service is located at 53 Ballarat Road, Footscray, 3011, however, the after hours crisis service has a discreet area within the Emergency Department at Sunshine Hospital.
