The Ballarat Community Health provides quality confidential services enabling people of all ages to attain and maintain optimal health and well being.

Our services are delivered using the life stage model of youth, family and child, adult and older adult. The Centre strives for continuous improvement in service delivery and actively encourages consumer feedback and participation in service planning.

Quality Improvement Council No 4.
The Centre is an accredited community health service provider through the Quality Improvement Council and has 3 year accreditation under the Quality Improvement Community Services Accreditation of Victoria (QICSA).c
