What do we offer?
A wide range of health and welfare services are available. Health programs can be provided for groups on request. Your ideas and suggestions are always welcomed.
These are some of the things you, as a consumer should expect from the health services:
You can make a complaint on any aspect of the service and have the complaint fully and objectively investigated by the Program Committee and reviewed by the board of management. Complaints should be addressed to the CEO.
Fees
* A small charge applies for consultations with the Nurses, Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist and Podiatrist.
* Consultation with all other staff is free.
* Some programs may have a small fee.
Please see staff if you are experiencing any difficulty in paying.
Accreditation
QICSA - Quality Improved & Community Services Accredited November 2009.
NDCHS has been accredited by the QICSA Council. This award has been achieved by having met the required community and health accreditation and standards program (CHASP) and by entering into Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
