Eligibility
Low income person(s) in need of long-term affordable housing. (Council does not offer crisis accommodation). Eligibility for the Macedon Ranges Shire Council’s Community Housing Program is based on asset and income levels, Australian residency and the applicant’s ability to demonstrate a connection to the Macedon Ranges area.

Service Description
The Community Housing Program provides not for profit, long term, and affordable rental housing to households who may be experiencing difficulty accessing the private rental market because of income, disabilities and/or discrimination. The program does not provide crisis or emergency accommodation.
