Tai Chi for Arthritis: Led by a Physiotherapist.
Sun Style Tai Chi is a gentle low-impact form of exercise that can benefit the whole body. There are two concurrent group including beginners with two intakes a year and a community group with is an ongoing group for experienced tai chi participants

Tai Chi improves your range of mobility, flexibility, strength and balance as well as being beneficial to general health, especially relaxation and posture. Tai Chi also reduces the risk of falls.

Where: Held in the Botanical Gardens (spring,summer,autumn), Uniting Church Hall (winter)
When: Monday 9.30 - 11am.

General Information
The National Heart Foundation recommends and promotes enjoyable active living for all Australians, with physical activity being incorporated into usual daily activity as well as participation in exercise and sport.

• All people should aim to participate in moderate intensity physical activity for 30 minutes or more on most or all days of the week for health benefits.
