Eligibility
People of all ages living with diabetes who are NDSS members
People with diabetes who are not members can contact diabetes educators for information on joining the scheme

Diabetes Supply Scheme
This services aims to ensure that people living with Diabetes have access to a 3 week supply of diabetes supplies. Castlemaine District Community Health is a sub-agent providing appropriate supplies.
Blood Glucose meters are available for purchase through Diabetes Nurse Educators
Hours of operation:
No appointment is required, but supplies are only available to be ordered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10:00am and 12:00 midday. Items that have been ordered can be collected and paid for during business hours from reception.
