Provides emotional support and parenting skills to families who are at risk or experiencing difficulties coping with child rearing and may need additional support.

Areas of support include:

• Parent wellbeing
• Anxiety
• Exhaustion & stress
• Post Natal Depression
• Parenting including transition to parenthood, sole parenting, step parenting.
• Child/parent relationships
• Normal child behaviour & challenging child behaviour
• Special needs including child or parent disability, chronic illness, isolation and young parents.
