A number of Council buildings are available for community use and some may be directly booked with Council. These include the Community Centres and Town Halls in Avoca & Beaufort.

The Coordinator at the Avoca Community Information & Resource Centre is responsible for the booking of all venues in Avoca, Ph: 03 5465 3000.
Venues at Beaufort may be booked at the Beaufort Customer Services Office.

It is a requirement of hire that groups and individuals hiring Council facilities be covered by public liability insurance. Those without existing coverage may purchase "one off" coverage from Council’s business offices.
