Last night we upgraded the e-referral webservice. The new version had mostly minor bug fixes and will hopefully go some way to fixing the server issues we have been experiencing.

Our domain registrar has finally updated the IP addresses, therefore the new server is now online.

New server imminent

The new server is setup and running. We are just waiting for our domain registrar to change the ip addresses for our nameservers and then it will go live within 48 hours. Unfortunately our registrar does not work on the weekends (when you would normally do these things) so we have to wait for Monday morning for them to complete the change. Once that happens the new server will come online within 48 hours.

We will hopefully be moving to a new server this weekend (16/01/2010 - 17/01/2010) and as a result there may be a small amount of downtime. The new server will offer us greater reliability and access to some newer technology.
