If you are just starting out using Connectingcare, then you have come to the right place.
To use Connectingcare effecively you need to get a username.
If you go to the sign-up page, you can enter your details and receive your new username.
Once you have received your confirmation via email, you can go to the Connectingcare home page and enter your username and password to login.
The first thing you should do is to read the User Guide. This is a great resource for new users and outlines the steps involved to start sending e-Referrals etc.
After you have logged in you will be able to create a selection of favourite services that are listed on Connectingcare. Adding a service to your favourites is simple. When you visit the page of a service, you will notice a link near the bottom of the page that says 'Add to My Favourites'. Click this link and this service is instantly added as one of your frequently used services.
After you have added some favourites you may like to browse to the My Favourites page (link in the top menu). This page is a personalised version of the menu page that would have seen on Connectingcare.
Once you have a username, making a referral is quite simple. All you need to do is browse to the page of the service you require and click on the Make Referral button. More details on actually filling out the referral form can be found in the help section.
You can also navigate to the referral form from your Favourites page, by selecting a service from the red menu.
